Best Diet Review – What is The Best Diet?

Our best diet review makes a few recommendations for those in search of the right diet to lose weight and keep it off – these are our top picks.

We’ve reviewed a lot of diets and there are as many good diets as bad diets on the market.

Finding the best weight loss programs is difficult and highly subjective.

One of the questions that we get asked most often is, “which diet works the best?” and which diet we’d recommend.

Firstly, we’ve listed the diets we wouldn’t recommend on our page on the best weight loss plans. I’d steer clear of these if I were you.

Now we won’t claim to have reviewed every diet on the market, but there are some good plans left to choose from…but which is the best?

Well, the simple answer is there’s no such thing.

Why? Well people are different. What might suit and work for one person, may not be right for the next. There are so many variables to consider…

How much time you have to prepare meals, the foods you like, whether you like to cook, whether you plan to exercise.

People need individualized solutions, diets that meet their needs, likes and dislikes and fit their lifestyles.

So, what we’ve done in our best diet review is to make a few recommendations based on a number of lifestyle factors.

Best Diet Review – Recommendations

So here we go in no particular order…

Choose the category that best fits you and your circumstances and click on the link to read our detailed review of the diet in question.

We’re constantly reviewing new diets and reassessing the best weight loss programs. As such, the recommendations in our best diet review may well be updated from time to time, so you might want to check back regularly.

For Online Dieters…

If you’re looking for choice, flexibility, personalised programs, ongoing support…then an online diet may well be the best option.

Whilst not free of critics and despite some concerns over its cost when you start adding in the extras, our pick would be…

eDiets – you generally get what you pay for.

However, a very, very close second is the…

Anne Collins Weight Loss Program – unbeatable value for money.

For People That Like Things Kept Simple…

Are busy, have a family to feed, then look no further than…

The Traffic Light Diet.

For People That Like Gourmet Food…

For cooks and foodies alike, our pick is…

The Sonoma Diet.

For Men…

Men often complain that diets are aimed at women. However, there are a few geared more at men and our pick would be…

The Abs Diet – there is an Abs Diet for Women, too!

For Keen Exercisers…

It’s a tough choice, but both these programs work and each significantly cuts down on the time you need to spend each week working out so both are a great choice for busy people – our picks are…

Turbulence Training and

The Truth About Six Pack Abs

For People That Need to Eat Every Few Hours…

If most diets leave you feeling hungry most of the time, then eating more frequently may help. Our top pick for hungry dieters and snackers is…

The 3 Hour Diet.

For People That Like Convenience Food…

If many of your meals consist of supermarket ready meals then a diet made up of pre-packaged food may work for you.

We’ve looked at a few and they’re not the cheapest way to diet, but our pick would be…

eDiets Express.

For People That Cheat Every Now and Then…

If you cheat, need the occasional break or like to eat out and forget the diet for a meal or two, then our pick is…

The Food Doctor Everyday Diet – follow it for 80% of the time, relax for the other 20%.

Best Diet Review – The Bottom Line…

Sorry, but it’s virtually impossible to recommend one diet above all others, but hopefully our best diet review will help you to choose one that will work for you.
