system. The Weight-by-Date Mobile version will run on a PDA and can be synchronised with the PC version if you
have both so you can track your progress from anywhere. However, there isn't a version for Mac users and there
are no plans to produce one, which is an

weight loss calendar, which makes tracking your progress day to very straightforward. The food diary is no more
difficult to complete than a handwritten diary. Complete it daily and you'll be able to spot where you're going
wrong! We particularly liked the calorie, carb and fat counter, which is helpful in ensuring that you stay
within your daily nutritional limits. The software actually goes further than other packages we've looked at, in
that it calculates net carbs and net calories. In other words, net carbs are the carbs in the food you eat minus the fibre, which your body can't digest. Net calories are the calories
in the food you eat minus the energy required to digest and metabolise them. Being able to log your workouts is
useful, and with over 130 exercises in the database, you'll be able to see how many calories you burn in each
workout. Your weight is factored in to make the estimates even more accurate. There's a database of over 11,000 foods,
which is less than some software but more than enough for most people. Each food has calorie, carb, fat and protein
information as well as info for 20 additional nutrients. One feature we really like is that up to 10 different
people can use the software at any one time. Simply set up a new account on your PC for each user and the whole
family can track their progress! You can print out pretty much everything that you want - the calendar, food
diary, and so on - which is a useful feature if you want to share information with your doctor, dietician, personal
trainer or counsellor. There are four interactive user guides that come with the software, so you can experiment
with it whilst getting started. There's also a downloadable user guide in PDF format, which you can print off if you prefer.

Our Weight-By-Date diet software review would conclude that this is a fantastic piece of software.It's easy to
use, flexible, is packed full of features and is difficult to
fault at the price. We've tried diet software that costs nearly twice the price and has half the functionality of
Weight-by-Date. One criticism would be the lack of a Mac version. This really is a complete package. Whilst
some fitness software may have a slight edge when it comes to exercise databases and exercise progress tracking functionality, we see little point in investing in
separate packages. This pretty much does it all for $37. We would recommend trying the 15 day free trial - you may well discover a better way to track your diet and fitness progress.
